Assessments and examples

The scanner and calculators provide illustrative planning scenarios. Their scores, time estimates and revenue scenarios are not verified forecasts or promises. The HVAC demo is fictional and rule-based. No live dispatch, customer messaging or appointment booking occurs in the demo.

Service engagements

Website pricing is a starting hypothesis. Services begin only after a written scope, price, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and third-party costs are agreed. Form submission does not create a service contract or a confirmed appointment.

Website builds and customer hosting

Website work is governed by an agreed scope. Draft approval and written production-launch approval are separate. Customers own and pay for their hosting account and domain. We confirm compatibility before promising deployment and deliver one approved deployment plus source handoff. Ongoing hosting, edits and support are not included unless separately agreed.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and authorized system access. Do not submit sensitive records through public forms. Do not abuse, overload or attempt to access other visitors’ data.

Availability and outcomes

The pilot site is offered as available. Software access, provider limits and workflow exceptions affect feasibility. Automation does not replace professional judgment or emergency services. No revenue, savings or uninterrupted operation is guaranteed.
